CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

Please note that a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled time. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing for your appointment and the potential loss of business due to late cancellations.

  • For the first 24 hours post-treatment, avoid blood thinners (opt for Tylenol instead of Ibuprofen), alcohol, and exercise to ensure optimal results and minimize risks like migration or bumps.

  • You can apply a fresh moisturizing lip product 4 hours after your treatment. If you plan to wear makeup within the first 24 hours, avoid applying products directly to the lips.

  • To reduce swelling and keep bruising at bay, ice the area regularly. Additionally, taking Arnica tablets daily can aid in healing and minimize bruising; these are available at health food stores like Whole Foods or HEB. Antihistamines such as Benadryl or Zyrtec are also recommended daily to help reduce swelling.

 

  • We highly recommend two top products for our patients: Restylane Kysse and Revanesse Versa. Our experienced injectors prefer these after trying every major lip filler product on the market.

  • Both Restylane Kysse and Revanesse Versa typically last 8-12 months. If you desire a fuller lip, multiple syringes may be necessary, spaced out over a few appointments. After your initial injection, you can return 2-4 weeks later for additional treatment. These products can be mixed, so you can try both at different times to see which works best for you.

  • To minimize bruising, take Arnica, a natural supplement, daily for a week prior to your appointment. Also, avoid alcohol and blood thinners 24-48 hours before your treatment. Taking antihistamines daily for a week before your appointment can help reduce swelling. Continue these medications post-appointment to help speed up the healing process.
